On Saturday, February 16, 2008, at 10:00AM the
Coweta County Republican Party will convene Precinct Mass Meetings to
elect Delegates and Alternate Delegates to the Coweta County Republican
Party Convention.
All Coweta County residents who are legally
registered to vote and believe in the principles of the Republican Party
are urged to participate in this process.
Registration is without charge and will open at
9:00AM on February 16, 2008 at the following location:
Jefferson Parkway Elementary School
154 Millard Farmer Ind. Blvd.
Newnan, Ga. 30263
for all Coweta County Precincts.
The Coweta County Republican Party Convention
will convene at 10:00AM on March 15, 2008, at Jefferson Parkway Elementary
School, 154 Millard Farmer Ind. Blvd. in Newnan, Georgia to elect
Delegates and Alternates to the third (3rd) Congressional District(s)
Convention.
The 3rd Congressional District Convention(s) will
convene at 10AM on Saturday, April 19, 2008 at Callaway Gardens in Pine
Mountain, Georgia. The District Convention(s) will elect three Delegates
and three Alternates to the 2008 Republican National Convention to be held
in St. Paul, Minnesota beginning September 1, 2008.
The Georgia Republican Party State Convention
will convene at on Friday, May 16, 2008 in Columbus, Georgia and will
elect 30 Delegates and 30 Alternates at Large to the 2008 Republican
National Convention.
Registration and participation at Precinct Mass
Meetings, County Convention, District Convention or State Convention is
not allowed after the event's designated start time.
